Still Riding the Roller Coaster

Well, it's been about two months since my last post, and our "plan" that we shared with you all didn't even happen. We ended up going to Idaho to try out a job Landon got called for... Which didn't end up working out. So we were up there for two months...and just moved back to AZ about a week ago... Living with my parents until we figure things out.

While we were in Nampa Idaho, we lived with Landon's sister Britt & brother-in-law Chad. It was so much fun, we loved it. Idaho is a lot different from Phoenix, and we were sad to leave in many ways. We loved how its a lot more simple there... you don't have to worry about materialistic things, seeing anything inappropriate, or worry about criminals wherever you go like you do in Phoenix. People are just a lot more humble, down to earth, and just flat out nice. It really was a great place to be. Living life a little slower and not worrying about the hustle and bustle was really great.. However, since Landon's job opportunity didn't work out, we just felt like Phoenix had more options and possibilities. So now we're back...still riding this crazy roller coaster called life. Here's a few pictures from our Idaho stay...

Daddy & Chase

Loving the grass

He loves the swing!
A day at Roaring Springs water park!

Chase's first time down a slide!
He cried

Worn out from the fun day in the sun!

Chad, Britt (& baby boy), Chase, Landon, Jeff

With his Grandma Lowe (Landon's mom)

With his Great Grandma Galloway (Landon's mom's mom)

Our little family

Playin!

Teefs!

So, as you can see, we had a fun time. Chase met grew up a little bit while we were there too... like learning to crawl, his first teeth, starting to pull himself up on furniture, finger foods, and just laughing at everything. He loved Britt & Chad's dogs...would crack up at the sight of them. I love that kid so much! :) He's the best, and i'm so lucky to be his mom.

So Landon's in the process of figuring out his career. I'm going to school, being a mom, and couponing. That's the update... we'll fill you in whenever we figure out what we're doing... and if this roller coaster ever ends.
